Shipping

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. US orders of $70 or more ship free. Under $70, shipping is $3. International shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 to 48 hours with a tracking number. US delivery usually takes 7 to 9 days after ordering. International takes 7 to 18 business days.

Where is my order?
You get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Allow 2 to 4 days for the tracking to update in the courier system.

Sizing and fit

Are the designs unisex?
Yes, every piece is unisex. Our hoodies and tees are cut oversized with a drop shoulder.

What size should I get?
Use the size guide on each product page. Pieces run true to size for an oversized look. If you are between sizes or want it roomier, size up.

The size didn't fit. What now?
You have 15 days from delivery to exchange it for another size or return it. Write to info@vermany.com with your order number.

Returns

What is your return policy?
15 days from delivery for any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags. That includes buy 2 get 1 free orders: the free item can be exchanged for another size of the same product.

Payment and security

What are my payment options?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and PayPal.

Is this site secure?
Yes. The whole store runs on SSL and payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
