HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Got a Vermany account? 

Log into your account through the online store, and check out the fulfillment status against your recent order. If the order has been fulfilled, click on the order information & you can find your tracking information here.


I don’t have a Vermany account yet

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 1-3 business days to be dispatched.


My tracking number is not available yet?

All items are shipped with a tracking number available on the order confirmation. Please allow 2-4 days for your tracking information to show up in the courier's tracking system.

If you order multiple items, you may receive more than one package and/or receive one package before another. This is due to our diverse supply chains.

INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SHIPPING Black Friday Shipping Notice

This method is free and will be used when you order something on back-order or are located outside us. The carrier that will deliver your package, will depend on your local post carrier in your country. The list above gives an estimation of the total duration for processing and shipping.

This shipping method takes about 7-18 business days for most countries. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower depending on the destination country, the efficiency of your local Postal Service, and other factors such as customs clearings that can have an impact on the delivery time but rest assured, we will do our best to deliver the product to you in a timely manner.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?

You will receive an email with your tracking number and order status once the processing time (1-3 business days) results as completed. 

All tracking will be available once the order is placed. The order can be tracked in our section here.  

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Your order will ship out as soon as it’s processed by our warehouse (1-3 business days).

 

MY ORDER STATUS SAYS “DELIVERED” BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT.

FAILED DELIVERY AND ORDER COLLECTION

If the postal carrier is unable to deliver your order, we will try to find a safe place for you to pick it up. You have 7 days from the day of non-delivery to pick up your package at the collection point assigned by the carrier.

If you have provided an incorrect address, not present at the time of delivery or did not pick up your package on time at the pick-up center, you must contact us to arrange a new shipment of the order. We will apply a fee for additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A RETURN/EXCHANGE TO BE COMPLETED?

We typically process returns/exchanges within 48 hours upon receiving your package.

 

 

WHY ISN’T THIS PRODUCT AVAILABLE TO SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Due to our licensing agreements, some of our licensed products are limited to select countries.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to over 50 countries!

 

 


TAXES & DUTIES

Customers are responsible for all applicable import duties and fees. All standard shipping orders & worldwide express shipping are shipped DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid” from Asia, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charges must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 50 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case the fees are paid to the local carrier. Vermany does not collect fees and has no control over what local governments charge.

To ensure fast dispatch times, once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately via email at vermanyorders@gmail.com

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Vermany will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Once shipped, Vermany does not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit. In the unlikely event your order is not received within the expected delivery time frame.
