SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping rates

• United States: free shipping on orders of $70 or more. Under $70, shipping is $3.
• International: shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Every order ships with a tracking number.

• United States: delivery usually takes 6 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• International: delivery usually takes 7 to 18 business days after dispatch, depending on your local postal service and customs.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order is dispatched you receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link. Please allow 2 to 4 days for the tracking information to appear in the courier system. If you have a Vermany account, you can also check the status of your order there.

If you order several items, they may arrive in more than one package and on different days.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.
