RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.
• Start your return by writing to info@vermany.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Buy 2, get 1 free orders

Orders placed with the buy 2 get 1 free offer can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery, like any other order. If you return one of the paid items, the discount is recalculated and the refund is issued for the difference. The free item can be exchanged for another size of the same product.

Refunds and exchanges

You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method, for store credit, or for a different size or product. Once your return is received, your new item is shipped at no additional cost or your refund is issued.

Original shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
